This is a blog, but not one that anyone else would be interested in reading I'm sure. I'm hoping that it'll be a tool to help me get my life back in order after having my second baby. Namely, to help me get back into my clothes. I put on three stone and have only lost two in the six weeks since he was born. Now I'm 12stone 2lb and 5'6" tall, so a bit of a chubber, which won't do. Along with a baby boy and an extra stone I've also acquired a raging addiction to sugar which I need to conquer. Literally, I could eat nothing but sweets all day, which is stupid, especially as I'm breastfeeding. I need a place to rant (I'm a writer, words are my way of dealing with things) and to keep a record of how I'm doing and how I've done. So here goes - tomorrow I give up the sugar - everything except one hot chocolate per day and sugar in my daily two cups of coffee. I've got a new baby for crying out loud - I need my coffee!!!!
